PowerUser
Tip
How
To Submit Working Copies For Other Users
At times it can be useful, or downright necessary, to get at
the working copies of documents that another user is working on
if the user is unavailable to submit the documents for
themselves.
The command to create working copies for others is
pretty apparent. The command "Create Working Copy For"
(which displays a list of users you can check the document out
to) appears on the context menu right below the "Create
Working Copy" command you would use for yourself.
But
seeing those working copies isn't as apparent.
First, your AM-Meridian vault must be configured in
Configurator to permit viewing the working copies of others.
With the correct permission established, you will find the
working copies of other users listed in the Revisions list of
the document you wish to access.

Within this list, you can then select the Submit Working Copy
(or Revoke Working Copy) command from the context menu as though
you were the document's owner.
