BlueCielo ECM Solutions Acquires
DataCore Technology
BlueCielo ECM Solutions (formerly
Cyco Software), a leading global
software company offering
Engineering Content Management (ECM)
solutions, has acquired
DataCore Technology in an all-cash
transaction. Both companies will merge
their activities and operate as one.
DataCore founder and president Brian
Sallade has been named COO of
BlueCielo ECM Solutions in North
America. The merger of the two companies is
part of BlueCielo's aggressive
growth strategy to provide
integrated ECM solutions to specific
vertical markets such as oil
and gas, petrochemical, government,
life sciences, utilities and manufacturing. The
acquisition of DataCore will support
BlueCielo’s plans to accelerate
growth and meet customer demand in a
booming market.
